About

QuakeXplorer allows you to see seismic events, known as "moonquakes", recorded by the instruments left by the Apollo astronauts.

Drag the moon around with your mouse to explore it!

How to Use
Each moonquake is represented by a yellow ripple. The greater the ripple, the greater the magnitude.

The bottom drag navigator allows you to travel through time! The yellow markers show you when a seismic event was recorded.

The map on the top left allows you to see multiple seismic events at once.

The graph on the left shows the magnitude accurately.
